Charles will conduct his first performances with the Columbus Indiana Philharmonic Youth Orchestra and Youth Ensemble on November 20, and Dec 8th.
The Indiana University School of Music has created a new Conductors’ Orchestra. This ensemble will be made up of paid musicians, performing with the IU student conductors. Charles has been appointed manager of the organization.

Charles will be conducting the premiere of a new work, Passacaglia, by composer Bryan Christian on October 18th, 8 PM in Indiana University’s Auer Hall.
